Artur Barbarowski
A photojournalist by profession and passion from Kraków, with nearly three decades of experience covering events in Poland and abroad, currently affiliated with East News. Grand Press Photo 2023 – Provident Polska Award winner, he has published widely in Polish and international media and also works as a still photographer in film and TV productions.
Bartek Bodzek
A sports and mountain photographer who discovered this path relatively recently, combining his lifelong passions for physical activity and the mountains with a growing interest in photojournalism. Closely collaborating with ultramarathon organizers and the Sherpas of Hope Foundation, his award-winning photographs tell powerful stories of effort, determination and emotion in the mountains and beyond.
Damian Szymula
A Polish aviation photographer who, since 2006, has visited dozens of European airports in search of the perfect aircraft shot. A regular at Balice Airport, member of EPKK Spotters and founder of the Kraków Airport Enthusiasts Group, he is particularly passionate about air-to-air photography, night shots and images taken against the backdrop of the sun.
Hanna Wierzbicka
A Silesian photographer who combines portrait work with a reporter’s curiosity about society and culture. Her images, marked by cinematic atmosphere, precise light, strong colour and composition, reflect personal engagement and allow her to tell honest, emotionally powerful stories.
Maciej Drewniak
A freelance photographer specialising in concert and live-event photography, and since 2016 an award-winning certified photojournalist for CamerapixoPRESS. Widely recognised for his coverage of major music festivals and performances by top Polish and international artists, his work has been featured in numerous exhibitions in Kraków and at NCK.
Maciej Rogowski
For nearly four years he has been working as a sports photographer across the Iberian Peninsula, mainly in Portugal and Spain, building on earlier experience in Polish sports journalism. He covers league and international competitions, and UEFA Euro 2024 became a turning point in his career, reinforcing his drive to keep pursuing new sporting challenges with a camera in hand.
Małgorzata Przybyszewska
A Warmia-based photographer whose journey spans from black-and-white analogue to experimental digital techniques. While she documents architecture and heritage sites professionally, her true passion lies in portrait and social photography, using methods such as ICM and multiple exposure; her work has been exhibited, awarded and published, and she is a member of the Polish Women Photographers Association and the BLUR Photographic Association.
Mateusz Słodkowski
One of Poland’s leading sports photographers, based in Gdańsk and working with Getty Images, Agence France Presse and numerous editorial and commercial clients across Europe. His award-winning images, recognised in the Poland Sports Photography Awards and World Sports Photography Awards, have been published in top outlets such as The New York Times, The Guardian, Bild and La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Piotr Dras
A Gdańsk-based photographer who returned to the medium after nearly two decades, now focusing on long-term documentary projects in the shipyard and the drone series “Unobvious Poland.” His award-winning work, recognised in competitions such as Legenda Morska, Viva Photo Awards, Gdańsk Press Photo and Grand Press Photo, reflects a way of seeing the world with attention, humility and curiosity.
